  1.                           INDICTMENT

  4. The Government of these United States of America, having been
  5. formed under the Constitution and having been duly elected
  6. and appointed by the people of these United States of America
  7. under the terms of the Constitution, has violated the public
  8. trust, terms, conditions and laws of the land as outlined and
  9. enshrined within the Constitution of these United States of
  10. America.
  11.  
  12. To Wit:    (1)  The government has approved and entered into
  13.                 a secret treaty with an Alien Nation against
  14.                 the terms of the Constitution and without the
  15.                 advise and consent of the Congress or the
  16.                 people.
  17.  
  18.            (2)  The government in this treaty has given this
  19.                 Alien Nation land and bases within the
  20.                 borders of these United States of America.
  21.  
  22.            (3)  The government in this treaty has traded
  23.                 human lives and property for the alien
  24.                 technology and has denied the citizens of
  25.                 these United States of America the lawful
  26.                 protection due them under the Constitution.
  27.                 The property is in the form of livestock and
  28.                 land.
  29.  
  30.            (4)  In the taking of human lives, property and
  31.                 livestock of the citizens of these United
  32.                 States and in the commission of numerous
  33.                 other abominable and barbarous acts, this
  34.                 Alien Nation has proven to be the mortal
  35.                 enemy of the people, the nation, and all of
  36.                 humanity.  Abductions, surgical operations,
  37.                 implantations, biological sampling,
  38.                 impregnations, psychological damage, and
  39.                 other horrors have been and are being
  40.                 performed upon humans by this Alien Nation.
  41.                 For these reasons a state of war now exists
  42.                 and has existed between the people of the
  43.                 United States and this Alien Nation.
  44.  
  45.            (5)  In approving of, and participating in the
  46.                 crimes outlined in paragraphs 1, 2, 3, and 4
  47.                 above, the government is in violation of
  48.                 Article II Section 2, Article III Section 3
  49.                 and several other Articles of the
  50.                 Constitution, and is guilty of and is hereby
  51.                 charged with murder and treason against the
  52.                 people and the Constitution of these United
  53.                 States of America.

  55.            (6)  In the process of aiding and abetting the
  56.                 Alien Nation in the performance of these
  57.                 crimes against the people, the Nation, and
  58.                 humanity, the government, with full knowledge
  59.                 and consent, has murdered, incarcerated,
  60.                 forcibly relocated, brainwashed, drugged,
  61.                 harassed and otherwise interfered unlawfully
  62.                 in the lives of patriots who have attempted
  63.                 to expose this murder and treason.
  64.  
  65.            (7)  In the pursuit of bringing all those in or
  66.                 out of the government who are responsible for
  67.                 these acts of murder and treason to justice,
  68.                 the President, Vice President, the Director
  69.                 of Central Intelligence, the Director of the
  70.                 National Security Agency, certain members of
  71.                 the President's Cabinet, those people
  72.                 designated MAJORITY, MAJORITY TWELVE, MJ-12,
  73.                 MAJORITY AGENCY FOR JOINT INTELLIGENCE
  74.                 (MAJI), the JASON SOCIETY or JASON SCHOLARS,
  75.                 the DIRECTOR of the SENIOR INTERAGENCY GROUP
  76.                 (SIG), the National Security Advisor to the
  77.                 President, and others having taken part in
  78.                 the joint government and alien conspiracy are
  79.                 hereby charged with murder and treason.  This
  80.                 is to include all those who served in these
  81.                 positions from 1953 up to and including the
  82.                 present administration.
  83.  
  84.            (8)  In the interest of preserving the Consti-
  85.                 tution and the government of these United
  86.                 States of America, and to save and protect
  87.                 the human race, and for no other reason, we
  88.                 bring these charges by the authority of the
  89.                 Constitution of these United States of
  90.                 America, against those named who had full
  91.                 knowledge of and who willfully participated
  92.                 in the violations of Article II Section 2,
  93.                 Article III Section 3 and several other
  94.                 Articles of the Constitution of these United
  95.                 States of America.  The government and those
  96.                 individuals named in paragraph 7 are hereby
  97.                 charged with murder and treason.
  98.  
  99.            (9)  In the interest of preserving the Consti-
  100.                 tution and the government of these United
  101.                 States of America, we ask full pardon in
  102.                 exchange for full disclosure.  We ask the
  103.                 Judicial branch of the government to honor
  104.                 this request for all guilty parties who voice
  105.                 full disclosure by April 30, 1989.  We ask
  106.                 the Judicial branch to give no mercy to those
  107.                 who persist in this murder and treason.
  108.  
  109.           (10)  We hereby, and in the name of the people
  110.                 and by the authority of the constitution,
  111.                 charge the government to cease aiding and
  112.                 abetting and concealing this Alien Nation
  113.                 which exists within our borders.  We charge
  114.                 the government to cease all operations,
  115.                 projects, treaties, and any other involvement
  116.                 with this Alien Nation.  We charge the
  117.                 government to order this Alien Nation and all
  118.                 of its members to leave the United States and
  119.                 this earth immediately, now and for all time,
  120.                 by June 1, 1989, and we charge the government
  121.                 to enforce this order.  We further charge the
  122.                 government to make a complete disclosure of
  123.                 its alien involvement to the American people
  124.                 prior to April 30, 1989 and to make a full
  125.                 accounting for its actions.  We charge the
  126.                 Congress to order this to be done and we
  127.                 charge the Congress to enforce this order.

  129.           (11)  Should the Executive, Judicial, and Legis-
  130.                 lative branches choose to ignore these
  131.                 charges, we hereby swear upon the
  132.                 Constitution that we will not rest until
  133.                 these crimes are exposed to the American
  134.                 people.  We swear on the Constitution that
  135.                 all guilty parties shall be brought to
  136.                 justice.  We swear that we will persist until
  137.                 our death to accomplish these ends in the
  138.                 name of humanity, the Constitution of these
  139.                 United States of America, and in the name of
  140.                 all true patriots who have gone before us, we
  141.                 do so swear.

  143.           (12)  We firmly believe and know and have evidence
  144.                 that these crimes and charges are true and
  145.                 have occurred and is now true and is now
  146.                 occurring and were and are perpetrated, aided
  147.                 and abetted by those so charged.  This we do
  148.                 swear.
  149.  
  150.   Being of sound mind and body and with full knowledge of the
  151.   implications and consequences of these charges and having
  152.   only the interest of saving humanity, preserving the Con-
  153.   stitution of these United States, preserving the government
  154.   of these United States, and, being patriots, having sworn
  155.   to preserve and protect the Constitution of these United
  156.   States of America do affix our signature to this document
  157.   in full affirmation of our dedication and commitment to our
  158.   sworn duty.
